About the author
I’m Rosie, and this is my little space on the internet.
It’s a place for me to share my interest and passion in all-things relating to well-being, the mind, positive psychology and mental health.
Regretting my decision not to study psychology as a teenager, I went on to study a Masters in Positive Psychology many decades later.
This led me down the route of studying the science of happiness along with topics including positive body image, goal setting, habits, optimism, mindfulness and resilience, as well as the more challenging side of life from sadness and loneliness to severe mental illness.
I have loved every moment of exploring these topics and learning more about the mind and human behaviour. The idea for this site came about when I was looking at how I could combine this with my love of writing content creation.
